In the fall of 2024, we introduced a nutrition food bar located in the athletic training room. The goal is to provide GHS & GJHS athletes with a convenient and accessible source of nutrition to support their performance and recovery. Whether our athletes need a quick boost of energy before a practice or game, a healthy snack post-activity, or a protein-packed option to aid in muscle recovery, the food bar offers a variety of options to meet these needs. This initiative is designed to help athletes stay fueled, energized, and ready to perform at their best, ensuring they have the nutrition they need to succeed throughout their athletic journey.
