
Tommy Davidson Field at McKamie Stadium (Football, Soccer, Track)
First opened in 1966, the multi-purpose stadium is home to Hornet football, girl's and boy's soccer, and girl's and boy's track. The stadium has a seating capacity of 4,000. The facility underwent a complete renovation in 2012, a project that included a new turf playing surface, regulation-width 8-lane surface and jump pit upgrades for track, and alteration of the home-side bleachers. A new concession/restroom building was added in 2014, and the turf playing surface was replaced in summer 2020. The facility was renamed Tommy Davidson Field at McKamie Stadium in Fall 2020.

GHS Ryan Powell Memorial Park / Danny Loerwald Field (Baseball)
Constructed in 1988, the 200-seat stadium underwent renovation in 2007 that included a new outfield fence and safety upgrades. All field lighting was replaced in 2010. The facility includes grandstand, press box, batting cages and a concession/restroom building. New bleachers were installed in Summer 2020, a new scoreboard was installed in 2021, and additional improvements are planned for the near future. The facility is named in honor of former team statistician Ryan Powell and long-time GHS head coach Danny Loerwald.

GHS Sidney L. Pruitt Gymnasium (Basketball, Volleyball)
Opened in 1995, the Gatesville High School main gymnasium is home to volleyball and girl's and boy's basketball. Seating capacity is approximately 1,100. The facility includes locker rooms, coaches' offices, video room, laundry room, concession, foyer/dining area and restrooms. A new floor was installed in 2016 and new scoreboards were added in 2017. The facility was renamed in Fall 2020 in honor of long-time GHS principal Sidney L. (Uncle Sid) Pruitt.

GHS Hornet Softball Field
Built in 1999, there is seating for 250 fans. The facility includes grandstand and bleachers for home and visitor fans, twin batting cages, concession and storage buildings. In 2017, a new facility was constructed to house softball/tennis athletes and includes locker rooms, coaches' offices and storage areas. That facility also included new public restrooms and indoor ticket booth.

GHS Tennis Courts
The 8-court facility was opened in 2002. It has seating capacity of 125 with plenty of stand-up viewing areas around the perimeter. In 2017, a new tennis/softball facility was constructed and included locker rooms, coaches' offices, storage areas and public restrooms. The courts were resurfaced in 2019.

GISD Athletic Weight Room
The new 4,500-square-foot facility was completed in Fall 2017. The facility, which can accommodate up to 120 athletes at one time, includes more than two dozen multi-purpose stations, 12 multi-use platforms, and other strength equipment.
