Varsity football tickets
Season tickets sales for GHS Varsity Football home games will begin the first week of August. This special option period, which is for 2024 season ticket holders only, will be from August 4-8. The cost is $50 per ticket for the five home football games during the upcoming 2025 season.
After that special renewal period ends, all remaining season tickets will go on sale to the general public from August 11-15.
Once the season ticket option periods have ended, any remaining reserved-seat tickets will be sold on a game-by-game basis. Cost will be $10 for reserved-seat tickets.
Cost for single-game general admission tickets will be $7 for adults and $5 for students (ages 6 & above). Children under the age of 5 are admitted free to all GISD home athletic events.
Sport season passes
GISD Athletics offers season passes valid for all home athletic events except Varsity Football and any hosted playoff/postseason events. These season passes will also be available starting August 4 and can be purchased throughout the school year.
> All-Year Season Pass: Includes general admission tickets to all Varsity home football games and free admission to all other hosted athletic events. Cost for the athletic season pass is $75 for adults, $25 for students and $150 for a Family Pass (valid for immediate family members only). The physical pass must be presented for free admission. Children under the age of 5 are admitted free to all GISD home athletic events.
> Sport-Specific Season Pass: Includes free admission to all GHS home games for volleyball, football (sub-varsity and junior high only), girls basketball, boys basketball, soccer, softball and baseball. Cost is $25 each and covers the regular season for the sport in which it is purchased.
Admission prices for other home athletic events
Admission for all other non-Varsity football home events will be $5 for adults and $3 for students. This will include the following sports: baseball, basketball, football (sub-varsity and junior high), soccer, softball, volleyball and wrestling.
Honorary Hornet passes
GISD Athletics will again offer free Honorary Hornet season passes to all Hornet fans ages 60 and over. This pass allows cardholders free admission into any GISD sporting event, including varsity football games (general admission seating only).
The Honorary Hornet pass will also be accepted at away District 12-4A sub-varsity and junior high football games and all District 23-4A away games. Those "away" schools will include China Spring, Connally, La Vega, Lorena and Robinson.
